Never buy from NL cars

I purchased a vehicle from NL cars which was a cash deal and not cheap. I received a vehicle with stone chips as this vehicle came with a courier from Newcastle to Cape Town. To date no reply from Nicolas, I would have never purchased this vehicle as to date I still never received my service book and also had vehicle checked by dekra to find out that the vehicle was in a accident. Please advise what can be done
