Complaint against Nkosi Nkosana Inc

I appointment Nkosi Nkosana Inc to assist me with the claim from RAF after I had an accident in 2014, and the Matter got finalized in February 2019. After the funds were paid to their account on the 3rd of September I received an SMS notification then I contacted them to confirm that they received the funds and they said they did, they also said they were going to do the paperwork and transfer the money to my account less 25 percent as per our agreement and the paperwork we signed when I appointed them, which is fine. Last week on the 8th of October I got a call from Judy the lady who was representing me through this process telling me that they will not be paying me the 75 percent, instead they will pay me less than that cause they have to pay the Doctors I went to during this process, when I asked her why does she have to pay them from my money and not from the 25 percent I paid them she said it was a procedure, I told her I never signed anything to say that I will be getting less than I expected and that was not what she had communicated with me previously, so they should pay the Doctors from their money. I'm getting a run around from these people and I'm taking time away from work to meet with them yet no results.
