Bad Job & Refuse to take it back for a 3rd time!

I took my opel corsa lite in for new drum brakes and to skim the drums. I got the vehicle back & it would scratch whilst I was driving with the handbrake down, I then took it back in to get set. It then started to squeak and scream when I would put on brakes lightly, thought I would just inform him of it but let it go as it might need to just \wear in". After some rain and standing for a day my cars brakes in the back had rusted together. I (A Woman) had to remove my back wheels wit hardly the right equipment and hit the drums to get it loose so that I can use the car. It has been a good few months and still the brakes are horrible"
