NOT a South African Company and parcels take forever

This is NOT a local company, even though they're using a South African URL ... I ordered at the beginning of September and its not mid October and the item still hasn't arrived. They have just sent the teaching number which suggests the item is in Joburg (if this is true) and the parcel came from The Netherlands. If it ever arrives, it's painfully slow.
