Shocking Service

<p>On 23/02/2017 the service provider advertised a holiday offering expiring 31 May 2017, I called to enquire if this was still available before making payment, and to avoid mishaps, they confirmed that the requested dates are available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now all of a sudden the dates are not available due to a major event and suprisingly the dates are not availablle the only “blocked dates” are the exclusions for the Easter weekend, how convenient that you only remember that now especially because this is a deal that was sent yesterday there is no way you didn’t know that then, if you want me to believe this excuse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am shocked at their service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Kagiso</p> <p> </p>
