Bad services!!!!

Last year I paid for my Brother's PSIRA but now when I try to contact them for assistance they keep ignoring my calls. I've been trying to reach them for days now but they ignore my calls on purpose, sometimes I even see that they are online on social media but still no assistance as to why the PSIRA is taking long
