Complain against money not being refunded

I Nthabiseng Mnisi I saw stand that was advertised on marketplace the stand is situated at snake park doornkop I inbox the lady by the name of Thembi who is an agent she gave me her number we then communicate via whatsapp she told me the stand it's sold by Mlungisi who is also an agent. We made an appointment to go meet with Mlungisi to view the stand. I told them I like the stand they told me they have an attorney that they are working with we made an appointment to go to see the attorney that was 20 February 2023 the seller was also present. The stand amount was R150000 and the transfer cost was R12659 I then transfer R11200, 659 to Nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys trustfund account using Herbert Tshabalala Nedbank account my relationship with Herbert Tshabalala he is my husband we are married under customary law we wanted to buy the stand for our children also to do business and the stand was going to be registered under our elder daughter Thobile Tshabalala outstanding amount was R50000. I called Mlungisi I the agent to ask about the process if everything is going well he to told me they need to get letter of authority because the seller is not the owner of the stand the owner is the father who passed away then on the 22 March 2023 I then text the attorney Nonhle Nkomonde asking about the issue of the letter of authority she responded to my text that she will call me shortly of which she didn't call me back again 23 March 2023 I text Nonhle Nkomonde Attorney reminding her to call me back of which she rep**** and say she will meet with Mlungisi the (agent) then again 28 March 2023 I texted Nonhle Nkomonde asking did they meet with Mlungisi she rep**** and said yes it's sorted on the 13 April 2023 I then paid R35000 from Herbert Tshabalala Nedbank account to Nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys trustfund account I sent her proof of payment she rep**** and said Recieved. 16 April 2023 I paid R15000 she didn't respond on this one that I sent on the 16th,of April all the amount was paid up. On the 21 April 2023 I sent her text asking about when will the stand be transferred under my daughter's name she didn't respond. I called her she didn't pick up the phone I then texted Mlungisi asking about the process he respond and said he wants to meet with me he came where I stay he told me Nonhle Nkomonde won't be able to proceed with the stand reason being the sellers aunt doesn't want the seller to sell the stand because the sellers father was buried by the aunt so the aunt wants the seller to pay her the money that she used to burry the sellers father, I don't if it's the truth however Mlungisi told me that story. I then ask Mlungisi to check another stand for me that doesn't have problems. 12 May 2023 I sent text to Nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys to transfer the money back to Herbert Tshabalala's account she didn't respond. I got a call from Mlungisi that he has a stand @ snake park block we made an appointment for viewing I told him I don't like the place it's not good for business my husband and I we are selling so we need a business zone kind of place he said he will keep on looking. It happened my brother by the name of Mbuso Moloi got interested buying that stand at block 10, 25 May 2023 we then went to the attorneys with Mlungisi, Mbuso Moloi and his wife and Zanele Moloi they said they will takeover and top up to the outstanding amount because the stand at block 10 was R160000 so my brother and the his wife they top up only R9849 For the stand they took over that amount that I paid before. The problem the seller was promised to be given the money by Nonhle Nkomonde the attorney of which I don't know why was the seller promised the money because the money is supposed to be paid to the seller when the stand is fully transferred under the sellers name. The seller wanted the money to be transferred to his account unfortunately that was not done by Nonhle Nkomonde when we call her she doesn't respond Mbuso and I we went to the offices of nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys when her administrator called her she answered thePhone and the administrator told her we are at the premises I want to speak to her I spoke to her she told me that she will pay the buyer but she's having issues with her bank account on the 22 June 2023 the seller Mbuso Moloi and I went back to the Nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys office she was called and she told us the matter will be resolved the seller told the administrator he wants nothing to do with Nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys he is no longer interested in making the deal with her the deal is off the administrator by name of Junior told my brother and I that they will resolve this issue we waited and my brothers wife Zanele saw an adverti*****t for the stand to property 24 my brother called the guy buy the name of Mxolisi the agent asking why is the stand advertised Mxolisi told my brother not to worry they are accumulating the leads I don't know what does that mean, I then got call from Junior who is an administrator at Nonhle Nkomonde Attorneys that the stand it's been sold to other people. Mlungisi and Mxolisi sold the stand to other people because they were getting pressure from the seller. Mbuso and I we went back to the offices of Nonhle Nkomonde the administrator Junior called Nonhle Nkomonde unfortunately she didn't respond the administrator sent her an email that we are at the offices she didn't respond we also try to to call her she didn't respond I sent her voice note she didn't respond we told her we want our money back because the stand it's been sold to someone else she didn't respond till to date. On the 31 August my husband and I went to the offices again they were busy packing and they were moving to other of offices of which we don't know where and the guy by the name of Siya who is Nonhle Nkomonde right hand man assisted us he went to her house accompanied by Mxolisi the estate agent when they arrive at her house she was not around however Siya told us that they spoke to her over the phone she told him that she will pay back the money however she needs to deduct some amount of which I don't understand why because both the stands were sold to other people even today she hasn't called us.
