Questionable business ethics: Nkom Anderson on Gumtree

Purchased 4 Mercedes Rims with tyres from this seller, Nkom Anderson. The photos showed them to be in good condition as advertised. However, what arrived was a totally different story: all the rims have scratches and the 2 that were underneath in the photo, both have the center MB badge badly damaged and also with multiple damage marks. The seller, Nkom Anderson would not take them back and I would seriously advise that you go and VIEW any and ALL wheels he advertises , these were on Gumtree. This is a prime example of exceedingly poor business ethics, in my view. I paid cash up front as well as the courier fees.
