Refusing to refund after inflating quote to 3x the original quote

Worst ****** in town. They gave me a quote. I paid. Increased to almost 3x the original quote. I asked them to refund my money. 7 months later they are still sitting with my money. Latest, they say they’re investigating. What? They don’t say. Do not buy from them. They’re ****** and *******. No shame, arrogant *******s.
