Unreliable Removal Company : NK Malesa Transport

If there were no stars then I would have selected that! On Monday morning I contacted Frans requesting assistance in relocating 2.2km away. On Wednesday I had to change my date to a day earlier, of which I notified him on time and he said YES! Yesterday morning he asked if everything was ready for the move, to which I responded with a yes. Later that evening at 23:43 he claimed to have “double booked” and asked for a later time, 11:00 am. To which I responded with an agreement and then I asked to be notified on time should he not be able to make it on time. To my surprise this morning at 05:46 - the day of the move - he told me to get someone also because his bakkie got stuck last night!

Imagine, a whole business telling this to a client! Ofcourse he wasn’t happy when I called him out to be unproffessional , but that is exactly what this company is! UNPROFESSIONAL! If his bakkie got stuck the night before then howcome he didn’t send me a notification thereof at that time? And If moving the day 1 day earlier than proposed date was an issue, then why did he agree to it?! So useless and as I have said before, unprofessional!!!

Oh and he claimed that I was the unprofessional one for moving the date to a day before- mind you I notified him on Wednesday re that AND he agreed just by the way!
