SHABBY WORKMANSHIP ON CUSTOM MADE HEADBOARD AND BASE

Very disappointed with the after service of these guys. Been promising for months to rectify the poor workmanship that was done to a bed that was custom made for me. The drawer fell off the hinge, buttons on the headboard not positioned evenly, covers coming off. The worse is they joined the base to the headboard, even after me telling them that its not practical, especially if I have to move the furniture around.The finishing touches are appalling and really a sore sight, and it seems the bed was made by trial and error. I had *****s left all over the place and even pierced into the carpet.
