Why can't they all be like this?

Over the past two weeks I have been trying to find some steel tubing for a project I am busy with. I came across the NJR Steel website and was fortunate enough to get assistance from Courtney, who told me they didn't have stock of what I was looking for but will call be back and let me know what she could do. <br> <br> She didn't leave it there she called me back 4 times to advise me of her progress. Today she phoned to tell me they had found what I was looking for. And then went on to make another arrangement to get me another size that I was looking for.
