bad service and bad attitude by sales persons

I entered the sales office on 19 Sept 2017.at first no pricelist was available.i asked the saleman for a pricelist please.he did not say anything.grapped a pricelist which was stapled onto his desk pad and left the sales counter.after about 5 minutes he came back,threw the list infront of me,still said nothing,and carried on ,helped somebody else.the other salesman was on his computer for about 10 or more minutes,not saying anything,I was standing waiting without any attendance,I turned around and left.Be sure this was my last visit to any NJR Steel provider.As we are buying lots of steel for our training college close by I will rather travel a few kilometers further and support someone who are prepared and proud of delivering service to customers.
