Worst service. Do not do business with them

I am battling to get hold of Brian the owner for 2 weeks now especially after making my payment of R399, he has completely started ignoring my calls. I have been waiting for 9 days for a technician to come and install wifi at my property. I am so frustrated, I have requested for a refund and will start looking for another service provider. I feel ****med and I am disappointed as I really wanted to support a black business.
