get 1meg and below instead of 5meg through Njinjicom

Njinjicom is the internet provider in Soweto. NEVER SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM. They are worse than Telkom.

I pay 1st day of each month for 5meg but I get 1meg or below. Their landline never gets through to any person. The only contact I have is with Xolani who is not fully clued up on how to resolve the internet issue that I'm experiencing.
