Ever since, we’ve been referred to this company by a family friend we had problems since day one. Installation took 3weeks, the wifi was working for a week. I’ve paid R2200 for installation and my monthly payment of R400 for 3 months. Had many calls and messages and WhatsApp messages to Jabu, the sales person/ director he always **** and had excuses to why this is happening. We’ve visited his business partners premises just to find out he can’t assist us. Shocking though, so I’ve paid and these people de*****ed me saying they will fix and never did. Please, can I get assistance and all my money back R3500 including my data my airtime my petrol used and even when to lengths to call the business partner Brian his wife Tebogo and also empty promises to date 20th October 2020.
