Luckson Njini? No, rather DIY; less pain.

Luckson Njini of Njini Brothers / Luckson Brothers can talk the talk, and convincingly so, and it's possible that his work is OK (time will tell) but don't be fooled by his professional appearance. I contracted Luckson to paint my house roof. I could have done the work myself but I decided that it would be worthwhile paying Luckson to get the job done quickly and painlessly. What followed was slow and painful. The job was supposed to take one week. It took six months! There were two particularly low points: 1) When I had to stop all work because I found Luckson's employees painting directly onto years of dirt. (That whole section of the roof had to be redone.) 2) When water started pouring through a light fitting during a storm. (There were no leaks when he started!) It took Luckson weeks to find that leak and sort it . I could have fixed it in an hour but I stubbornly (and stupidly?) refused to do the work, having paid Luckson good money for the job. If you intent to make use of Luckson's services, don't pay professional rates, be prepared to manage him very closely, make sure you have plenty of time for the project, and don't pay him until your snag list has been fully addressed.
