1. EXTREMELY poor workmanship - Luckson Njini was hired to fix some minor damp, a leaking gutter and do some painting inside the house and on the roof. - The damp was not fixed, and has in fact come back worse after Luckson worked on it. 3 Weeks later and I need to hire a new professional to fix Luckson's mess. - The leaking gutter was never fixed, even after Luckson came back 3 times with a different answer and excuse. Water is still gushing through. - The paint on the roof and inside is uneven and flaking off after 3 weeks. It looks worse than before he started.

2. Very unreliable - He did not arrive on time / when he said he would once. Not once. - He left tools (Ladder) at my house for weeks, saying he would collect them but never arriving on the agreed date. - While on site, he would constantly leave and come back. 5-6 times per day on a normal day.

3. Dishonest - His original quote and discussion included fixing the leaking gutter. After he failed to fix the leak and his poor work a couple of times, he sent me a quote for additional work. This was never discussed nor agreed beforehand. - When I confronted him about it and refused to pay the additional invoice for the above reasons, the threats started.
