NJA Photographic Solutions - Wouldn't recommend

The photographer is very rude and very unprofessional. Our school uses the photographer for our yearly school photos and for a second year in a row I have not received my full order. Although I paid for the photo blocks two years in a row I have yet to receive them, when you follow up via email there is no reply and when phoning the photographer he becomes very rude. After completing all the instructions given by the photographer in order for me to obtain my previous order with the order from this year he still failed to provide the photo blocks he owed me. I am now struggling to get a refund. Would not recommend this photographer as the struggle is exhausting.
