EXTREME UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

With great disappointment I bought your product from the local Pick ‘n Pay in Kuruman a couple of days ago. Yesterday upon opening the packets just to see for my own curiosity what the inside looks like before I put them on the Braai, I got the greatest shock ever. I do not mind paying good money for a product, but this is a total disgrace. Over R30.00 for 4 little Roasties just to realize there is little to no ingredients in the middle. Over R30.00 for 4 pieces of dry dough!! And this is not about the money anymore, this is the fact that you produce a product to us the consumers and being proud of it? I have always been sceptical because of the pricing and this year I thought o well, let me give it a try. Just to be completely shocked, disappointed, and extremely unhappy. Due to your seriously bad product, I had to get in the car, go to the local Spar to buy (extra money out) cheese etc to fill your piece of dry dough in order for us to be able to consume a piece of Roastie with the Braai that is actually going to taste like something. Now, I am sure this email will just be passed by and nothing will be done about this. But let me tell you something - I would be ashamed to be selling such a terrible product to anyone and sleep at night. Needless to say, I will not buy anything with your name on ever again! This is blatant daylight ******* and the worst of all, so many consumers are making you rich.. Not me!
