Pathetic service

My name is Mandisa Phetla,working as a teacher,I went to nizams mams square 19/12/2023 to buy 10 maq washing powder to send home, I asked for a sealed box so that it's easy to travel with, when we got to the door the security wanted to open the box, and I asked that if she open it, to close it again, her response was so unpleasant with attitude and arrogance,I was so angry ended up raising my voice aswell as she did, 1 lady came to close the box, but you can tell that they were all so arrogant, and this is the second incident happening in this very store, previously they mistreated my daughter but didn't report it, the security didn't even have name badges, I worked for clicks 6 years, and I know the importance of customer service.
