Stores to avoid if you value your belongings

I had a terrible experience at Nizams located at Diepkloof zone 6 black chain centre. I was told to put my bag in the parcel counter as I entered the store and I didnt think it was a bignore deal because I quickly wanted to check the price tag of something and there was a security guard at the door not too far from the parcel counter. When I was done and proceeded to retrieve my backpack it was not there. The cc TV footage shows a strange man taking my bag while the security guard observes him not putting the parcel tag bag but let's him leave. All I got from the store is sorry and there's nothing they can do.
