Nizams poor customer care

I went to Nizams at eKhaya Shopping centre in Kwa-Thema and I was mistreated by the Japanese lady by the name of Angie. I was told to pay for a lamp that broke due to their negligence of packing on the edges of their counter. When I asked for a footage as proof that indeed I broke the lamp they refused and called the police.
