Excellent service

<p>Nixon Canal Walk - I went in to collect my watch for battery repair/replacement and when i got it back it had plenty of scratches on it which was not present on hand in. the lady behind the counter was absolutely useless in resolving this matter so after losing my temper and patience i stormed out the store only to realize that they replaced my watch with a complete different system, lower end Nixon watch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went back to the store the next day and the guy that helped me, i stand corrected i think his name was Calvin, excellent service received form him, very friendly and immediately escalated the problem to higher management and they replaced my watch with a brand new one. i feel this would have never happened without his help and great service form this employee.</p>
