Nix energy have not supp**** the R66000 worth of batteries we paid for
<div>We first bought our 8KVA system from N.I.X energy on 13th of March 2023. We spoke to ****** The waybill that was sent was from ****** from **** and we had to speak to Peter in relation to the sending of the components. Jean and Peter claim they are not in business together but since we they have only supp**** 70% of our order they are blaming each other for the problem. They have not supp**** us with the specified batteries - so we cannot set up our system. They admit that they do not actually have the batteries in stock (even though the website still claims that they do) and are refusing to refund us the R66000 that the batteries are worth (as they have no money...). We are currently laying a complaint with the Ombudsman and are speaking to lawyers to see if we can recoup our loss. We have had to engage with almost daily phone calls and WhatsApps that are getting more and more unpleasant. I would strongly recommend to not do business with either ***** or N.I.X energy and to not trust the claims they make on their website or on the phone. #peterselanje #skynat #nixenergy</div>
Peter (from Skynat) sent us 2 of the 3 batteries towards the end of May. N.I.X energy still owes us 1 battery worth R22 000 and has been trying to intimidate us to take off these reviews.
We will keep these reviews on this site until we have either been refunded the R22 000 or received the product promised. We have supp**** Hello Peter with all the invoices and communications from N.I.X and Skynat.
Peter (from Skynat) sent us 2 of the 3 batteries towards the end of May. N.I.X energy still owes us 1 battery worth R22 000 and has been trying to intimidate us to take off these reviews.

Just to be clear:
We paid by CREDIT CARD directly on the NIX website through their PAYFAST system. NIX had offered for us to pay by EFT if we wanted quicker service, but for such a large payment the credit card was more convenient, and it seemed safer as a payment option. Later NIX told us that the credit card facility on the NIX website is linked to the SKYNAT account (it is very confusing).
It is interesting to note that they DID supply us with the solar panels, inverters and 2 batteries (so clearly he received payment) but have not supp**** us with the last outstanding battery.
I have had to fit in a trip to the police station to declare that all the above is true in a sworn affadavit.
We will remove these reviews once we have received the battery that is owed to us, or a refund of the R22000 or are happy to accept any other equipment so that we can recoup our loss.
I would advise to NOT pay any money to NIX unless you have had visual confirmation that they actually have the goods on site. (and don't trust photos either).
