I ordered a gift for someone special on Nivora.co.za on the 5th of September. I paid an additional amount to have the parcel Ëxpress delivered" because the normal delivery is 5-7 working days according to their website.

I have since sent an email to their helpdesk, but that was also never rep**** on. I actually think the website is a ****, and that they are *****ing people's money. Facebook users and consumers must be warned against them.
