Quality dropped bad Products

Good Evening

I am a loyal Nivea customer and have been using Nivea roll-on and Nivea lotion for many years.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the recent products I purchased.

1. *Nivea Roll-On:* It no longer lasts at all. Instead of preventing odour, it feels like it makes my underarms smell worse. I have never had this problem before with Nivea.

2. *Nivea Lotion:* The lotion I recently bought looks like it is expired. The texture/colour and smell is not the same as usual.

For the price we pay and the trust we have in the Nivea brand, this quality is not acceptable. Please advise how this will be addressed.

Cause now am from a date and I smell bad even lost confidence in myself and eventually the date didn't go well at all and agreed on a second date but now will be using Shield or any other brand to be safe. So disappointed 😞😞
