Nivea sunblock for kids
Very disappointed in the customer service. Mailed a complaint to them. Paid R150 for Nivea kids sunblock 2 new bathers costing R800 was damaged by the product after application. Left with ugly yellow stains on 2 brand new bathers. Noleen just said oh there was nothing wrong found after we tested the batch number. I'm sitting with the product get it and do a proper testing. No compensation at all.

As explained in my previous e-mail, we have investigated and re-tested the control batch of product that you used. The product conforms in every way to the required quality standards. We will not be conducting any further investigation in respect of this complaint.
