Nivea - Disappointing!

Good day

I recently bought 2 Nivea roll-ons and I am very disappointed. It is the Black & White invisible silky smooth roll on. Both the bottles does not want to roll properly. There is something wrong with the ball. The reason for my complaint is that this is not the first time I'm experiencing this and since roll on became so expensive, it is a waste of money I cannot afford to waste!
