Nivea bi phase nourishing oil elixir not working like they say.

This is all lies they tell you. I've been using the Nivea bi phase nourishing oil elixir for more than 5 months now and there's no difference in my face. Each month I pay a lot of money using their products for no results. if anybody know of a product that will help please let me know?
