Nivea: Best products and Great service and care !!

I am extremely impressed by my recent interaction with Nivea. I've been exclusively using Nivea products for many years now and will definitely not change. I bought a product a few months ago that I just recently opened and started using. It is normally my favourite of all products, but this time I noticed that the smell was slightly different than ever before, although the product has not expired. I contacted Nivea, who was immediately on it and within a few days (less than a week) they sent me an exact, but new, replacement of the product via courier. This kind of service is very rare these days, so WELL DONE and THANK YOU for your great products and service. Best Regards Martin Vilonel
