Lots of ads. No Followthrough

Saw your ad on giving something back and getting a product voucher as a product introducer and reward.

On the times when I went to stores to exercise the right, none of the shops (PicknPay or Dischem) know about anything discount and will not honour. Why are dates now communicated if there is a limited offer.

It costs your customers money to travel to buy your products.

This is a big let down as you trust that retail distribution can deliver through Nivea before advertising is put out.

Its put me off testing your products to see if they will make a skin care difference

Persons who can provide you detail are the
Manager at PicknPay Waterfront - Christensian
Manager at Dischem Sea Point - Melanie Williams

These were todays visits excluding other visits.

How can this marketing disaster be put right and why should I foot the bill for non delivery.

Its really disappointing when you embrace the spirit of the initiative and you are left with a bad feeling.

At least the homeless are happy.

I was really looking forward to testing the mens Silver and Q10 products now Im put off on delivery of promises.

.

Hello maheshde,

Thank you for your post on Hello Peter, regarding our Nivea Pay With Care Campaign. This campaign has indeed delivered on its promise and it continuing to do so. The store group that is involved in the R10 off voucher, is Shoprite/Checkers, as stated on the Terms & Conditions of the promotion. Pick 'n Pay is not involved in this campaign, hence the reason they are not aware of the redemption of the voucher.

The campaign involves providing a pledge, either via the link from FaceBook, or directly on our web-site www.nivea.co.za. The links would be followed by the user, to make the pledge which is then posted to your FB page. The R10 off voucher is then sent to your cellphone via sms.

Having said the above, we are really sorry about the inconvenience that you have had and would be very happy to send you the products that you wish to trial, with our compliments.

An e-mail will be sent to your mail address provided. Please check your mailbox (and spam box in case it goes to junk mail), for our reply.

We appreciate your interest in the Nivea brand and thank you for getting in touch via Hello Peter.
