Horrible products

Nivea luminous 360 was a product that was meant to deliver results. Instead it made my skin worse and when I notified them about this, I could see no one was really interested as they say it's money back guarantee but all they could say was sorry. So why say we will get our money back if there is no results, they overcharge customers for products that are useless and I will never use anything from them again or recommend them
