False advertising and bad customer service

I recently bought my son Nivea roll on which claims to not stain clothes after washing but it actually stains. I then asked them on their Instagram which roll on I can use because the one I bought stains clothes. It’s been 1 week and they don’t even respond to my Instagram messages but their view them! Their roll ons are false advertising honestly and I’m appalled by the service. I’ve noticed that these brands only respond to big influencers
