Excellent service

Last night I sent an email to Nivea complaining about a product I received as a gift and wasn't to happy with it (though I do enjoy using it was just my bad luck). Anyway got a reply from someone and they asked me to send them a few details about the product which I did. And within half an hour received an email back and sms with a voucher. That's what i call good customer service and won't stop supporting Nivea.
