Disappointing experience of using Nivea's Perfect & Radiant products

So disappointed with Nivea's Perfect and Radiant products (All, including Luminous serum & cream). I started using them from the 23 October 2020 till yesterday 27 July 2021. The dark marks on my face are still visibly there, no change or improvement at all. Using them for 9 months to no success sucks, big time. I wasted my money and time thinking they will improve my skin, but nothing happened. I drink at least 8 cups of water, I exercise 4 times a week.
