Allergic reaction to 50+ Sun kids swim & play

I have been using Nivea sun protection since my first child was born. However, two days ago I purchased a new tube of sun kids 50+ swim & play and my two girls suffered from a bad rash to all of the skin who had been treated with the lotion. I didn't think too much of it then but then after the 3rd time of application on different occasions the rash kept on appearing. I am not sure what the reason is, but this is not acceptable from a product that claims to be formulated for children's delicate skins. The range is quite pricey and I dont have that kind of money to throw away. More, its disappointing to experience this from Nivea. Can someone please tel me what causing this?
