A bit sad about the quality of nivea

I love all of nivea products. We only use nivea but these last couple of months we have problems with the roll on. We had to go buy dove which was a bit dissapointing. Me and my wife both use use nivea, my wife use nivea black and white invisible fresh mist. And i use nivea fresh acrive. Its the second month in a row that the roll isnt working. Its a struggle everyday to get it rolling. Its so sad cos nivea use to be our fav product.
