Poor workmanship and rude

23/01/2016, my driver took my car to Nitro Tyres ***) for wheels alignment.<br> <br> There was a problem with the steering - he took it back. They fiddled around & told him it was Ok. He asked for someone to test the car, but was told that they did not have anyone to test it & to take it back if there was a problem. There was & he did, but they were closed.<br> <br> 25/01/2016 he took the car back. They then told him that the tie rod & other stuff were bent/broken - never mentioned previously. They threatened to call the police because he is a foreigner (he has valid papers & permission to live & work in SA). Se**** (the owner's husband?), tried to physically push him out of the workshop. Se**** then got into my car and drove it out of the workshop.<br> <br> I spoke with Se****, who repeated to me that the tie rod & other stuff was broken. I could hear his wife yelling at my driver in the background.<br> <br> The car was then taken to Nissan - who reported:<br> 1. Nothing was damaged or broken - the Nitro's alignment was just terribly out<br> 2. Nitro's report does not match Nissan's start reading of the car's alignment - I have copies of these reports proving this.<br> <br> Nissan did a perfect alignment.
