BAD BUSINESS WITH A LYING ********* OWNER

We took our car to Nitro Power Sport for various repairs. A quotation was provided for R25300.00 for the work. We paid the full amount upfront. The work began and we got a call to say the repairs were complete and the vehicle had been tested and all was working properly. We sent our driver to collect the vehicle but it was not repaired properly and was not running well at all. The work had not been done properly and we suspect that we have been charged for new parts which were never actually installed. We raised our concerns with the owner of the business but simply refused to listen to our concerns and has refused to take the vehicle back to check the work and understand our complaint. He was quite happy to take our money upfront and seemed credible at the start, but he did a half job once he had our money. He was rude in how he dealt with our complaint and simply refused to even hear what the problem was. This company and its owner are ********** who simply want to take your money, do a half job and then refuse to take any responsibility. What recourse do we have when the owner of the business himself is a *********? All we can do is leave a complaint here in hope that it helps someone else avoid the trauma of dealing with these lying, ********** people.
