Absolute disgraceful treatment and service - multiple times

This has been the most horrible experience with any company ever. The expectation was set only to our absolute shock of what was to come. I will strongly discourage anyone to make use of this company for ANY service they may pretend to want to provide. - False advertising and touting - The owner/ directed - Berry Young promises 5 star service and fantastic words are used to mislead people into making use of her company. - Major inconvenience - pitching at out apartment without prior arrangement and delay of feedback; endless excuses - Bad service - the cleaning services that were meant to leave us breathless from how spotless everything was to clothes being colour coded after it had been ironed.. NOTHING that was promised was done. The apartment was as dusty as when we left. Dirty hand marks on the walls; greasy kitchen; the list goes on. Even when she said she will resolve the bad service - the same result was produced. She used the excise that this staff member was new and needed training. - Damage to property - a blind was damaged and the director of the company tried to cover it up by saying that there might have been a pre-existing crack. After discussions, she agreed to have it replaced. Major delays in doing so.. - Delayed feedback and improper resolution of damage to property. - Lack of responsibility - Details about how her day is going and the challenges she faces - manipulating the client into sympathy. Blaming the client for majority of issues. - Poor communication - no arrangement is ever kept. She organises someone to come in at 9h30.. they pitch 8:50 on a Saturday morning. - Unprofessional and lack of follow through - Multiple follow up emails and inconvenient messages over watsapp. - Absolute disregard of the client. I am now sitting with an uncovered window due to her only managing as she wants and not putting the basic need of privacy of her client first. Blocking her phone right after I told her that I am now forced to sleep in front of an open window.

Absolutely unacceptable.
