BAD attitude

I have one thing to say about Geoffrey. He is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever done business with. He argues with the customer and the customers family members on the day at the beginning of the reception because there are complaints. He is never by his station at the wedding. He does not do a playlist for you, he asks you to do a playlist of all the songs at the wedding then play's not even a fraction of the songs you have requested. He tries and cons you by saying he won't bring a bubble or smoke machine(that was originally requested) and will bring the dry ice machine but we must pay in an extra R1500. The ice then melts all over the floor and all over plugs causing a major hazardous environment behind the bride and grooms table and still argues with the bride and groom to pay the him the extra R1500. When he gets confronted about it he starts an argument and says "do not speak to me like a child"....although he has acted like one all day!!
