Worst service EVER!!

<p>Just had the worse experience with these people; they should be shut down!! How do we go about getting the salon closed as my daughter in fact only had nits when I took her there, but now her entire head is full of freakin lice, dropping from her hair ONTO HER SKIN as she washes her hair!! She is in a state of shock and cried because of this. I will NOT leave it at that, I will sue these ****** people as they are *****!!!! I agree, as per the other review, your child may only have 1 or 2 nits, but when leaving this salon, your childs condition becomes a hell of a lot worse. There must be recourse against these people, I will NOT leave this as is; I will only be happy when they are closed down. I requested a refund, or they can fly us up and do it over, I want to see the reaction, as no one answered my email yet. </p>
