I purchased a starter for a Nissan NP200. It's not even a year later and the starter is troubling. I contacted Nissan World and they said that they can't do anything as it's an electronic part. If the part was sold brand new, how can it trouble so quick? I asked for details of the franchise head office, the lady who answered gave me a number that goes straight to voicemail. Something is suspicious about this business. Nissan South Africa should actually investigate this business as they are ruining the the image of Nissan!!! This is daylight robbing. I don't know if they are selling second hand parts and saying the parts are brand new. Rather don't support this business as their guarantee isn't fair to their customers. Rather pay more and order the part directly form a Nissan approved dealer and get peace of mind. Nissan World's in Crown Mine, Jhb, after service is pathetic.
