Think twice about buying from Nissan Woodmead

Firstly the sales person did not know how to operate the electronic parking brake to get the car out of the showroon for a test drive and then before taking delivery was told the brand new car had a faulty electronic parking brake that had to be fixed first, then the dealership took 4 weeks to install the factory towber which delayed delivery. On delivery there was no SD card for the navigation system (a paid for extra currently useless) which was promised to be delivered with the number plates shortly after delivery date. 6 weeks later I get a call to sign docs which should have been singed on delivery and that licence and SD card was finally ready. Taking off from work to go to sign docs the licence has all of a sudden dissappeared and SD card was not available unless I was willing to pay R1700 or wait until Nissan sort out there internal issues with the one that should have come with the car. Sales person **** to me about license and SD card being sorted and just shrugged it off when I queries him about this. Feels like you are doing these guys a massive favour when buying a car from them
