OTP SIGNED AND ON DELIVERY RETRACTED

we signed an OTP on the 04/06/2015 after the dealership saw the vehicle, after i had been informed to collect the car on the 9 June after 3 after altech had gone to the dealership to swap my tracking unit from my current vehicle to my new vehicle which by the way wasn't financed was paid for in cash! as i arrive to collect it a arrogant man by the name of Ryno comes and speaks to me like i am an absolute idiot , says that please note AFTER OTP has been signed and accepted by YOUR dealership that they will give me R80K off the offer (which was R240k) they have already given me because they called Jeep and Jeep says there are problems on the vehicle, if your people do not do their jobs and research before OTP is signed and accepted after the vehicle was brought through to them with all service history and all relevant information provided that is honestly not my problem, then whilst i am there says that he will rather pay for altech installation than deal with my car, shocking & disgusted!!, are you kidding me, what type of organization does this? he then in the same breath says he values my business and gives me my keys of my jeep and says i can leave. social media will know!
