Do NOT expect after sales service at Nissan Woodmead

<p>When buying my vehicle through nissan woodmead, the sales process was excellent and I received my vehicle promptly, sadly this is where it ended, It took a month and a half to receive my number plates (after a multitude of excuses), I bought the vehicle in June, its now nearing the end of September, after speaking with the sales manager JP a month ago and once again today 22 September 2016, I still have not received my spare key for the vehicle, the sales person DJ Pienaar, has had his birthday, been in hospital and I cannot remember what other excuses and as such have not received the key, my colleague bought a bakkie 2 months prior to me from the same garage and waited a month and a half to receive his jack and spare wheel which shouldve been delivered with the vehicle,</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully I actually receive a spare key for this vehicle as they keep making excuses</p>
