Avoid Nissan Woodmead
My wife bought a Nissan Juke at Nissan Woodmead in 2011. Now somewhere within it's warranty period the primary intellikey stopped working and she stopped by there with a battery to see if they could replace it, not really phased as we were using the spare key. They tried and it didn't work so asked us to please bring it in when the vehicle came for it's next service. Next service the Juke is out of warranty and Brian informs me, multiple times I might add, that there's no record of this on their system. So after explaining my story to him and having him tell me the same thing again (not the sharpest tool in the shed) he said he'd contact Nissan head office and find out if they would replace the key. This was at the beginning of the year. Brian still has not contacted me (around 9 months). I took the vehicle in yesterday, specifically asking for the key to be fixed. I get told how they tried to reprogram it but the key needs to be replaced and they'll need to order it. I specifically asked for Brian to contact me as he should know the story of course no response. Due to the incompetence of this dealership I now have to fork out cash for a faulty key. Avoid Nissan Woodmead.
