Horrible service and communication channel. We purchased a vehicle from the dealership and my son experienced problems with car within 3 days of purchase. The problems were communicated to the sales person at the dealership. We were advised to take the car to Nissan Pinetown and we communicated the findings back to the dealership in Vryheid. The problem persisted and we were asked to take the car to Mobeni Nissan. We experienced issues with receiving feedback in time and we decided we want a refund. Initially we were advised that because Mobeni and Vryheid are under the same group ,the processing of the refund will be facilitated smoothly. The dealer management will ensure it’s processed. A day later we were told by the Vryheid manager to drive the car from Durban back to Vryheid in order to get the refund. Mind you we have not received the R800 petrol refund due to us. The inconvenience and financial strain this is causing is frustrating especially because all this was reported within 3 days of purchasing the car and the misinformation that we are getting from Vryheid branch is just as frustrating.
