NISSAN TYGERVALLEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We in the market to purchase a vehicle and considered the Qashqai but from the first salesman Se**** that did not even make any effort to explain the features of the car. We still got a quote and that was it no follow ups nothing. So we decided to go Stellenbosch and did an online enquiry very helpful champ Achmat but the morning of our test drive the car went in for a service. We then decided to go back to Tygervalley branch and have better experience as they at our doorstep. Firstly the salesman Jason said the Acentia is the same as Tekna but I highlighted the difference coz I knew this is not the vehicle we interested in. That being said he still said we can test drive coz it's the same engine size. Gave the keys and boom on his way. I asked aren't you gonna show us the features... So he decided to go with us.. But ja nothing came from drive as he was to occupied on his cellphone and spoiled the whole excitement. So I will never return to Tygervalley Nissan not sure if we had wrong appearance of skin colour but they not serious about customer service which leads to sale.
